We try to process all orders placed on our website within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed within Monday – Friday (9 am – 1 pm) will start processing on the same day. Orders made after this cut-off time will start processing the next business day. There are no orders being processed or shipped during weekends.
Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped. Cancellation of orders is not guaranteed for pre-orders and products supplied on demand, it remains at the discretion of our sales team.
Yes, in 99% of cases we provide a tracking.
TITAONE provides a Limited Guarantee that covers riders for one year on the most expensive parts. Our limited warranty includes coverage for the battery, electronics, and frame. However, there are exceptions for external damage resulting from accidents and mishandling.
Yes, we offer global shipping. Please contact us via email for an accurate shipping estimate. Please note that for some countries, buyers may be subject to VAT and customs duty for legal import.
The top speed of TITAONE scooters is 100km/h.
TITAONE X, equipped with a 60V 30Ah battery, can travel up to 105km per charge.
- Read the user manual and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Inflate the tire(s) to the recommended pressure, which is usually indicated on the tire itself.
- Fully charge your battery to 100%. Calibrating the battery initially will maximize its lifespan.
- Check the horizontal calibration for E-wheels using a smartphone or a classic bubble level tool.
- Fully charge your battery before using your product for the first time.
- Avoid charging the battery when its level is above 50%.
- Use chargers that do not overpower the Battery Management System (BMS) with ultra-fast charging rates (10A+).
- Keep the battery away from water and avoid storing the scooter in humid environments.
- Opt for a machine with good suspensions as it will help preserve the battery by absorbing shocks.
- We recommend checking the tire(s) pressure:
- Monthly for E-scooters, E-wheels, and E-bikes.
- Always use a pressure gauge to ensure accuracy and avoid relying on hand pressure estimates.
You need to verify your package(s) during the delivery in presence of the delivery person. If something is damaged, we advise you to immediately put a comment on the delivery note describing the issue, to take a photo of the said note and to immediately contact us. Please note that no claim will be accepted after the delivery if no such comments are made on the delivery note.
