• Original Ownership: To avail warranty coverage, you must be the original owner and provide proof of purchase or order number.

Components Covered by Warranty

• Battery: 6 months
• Controller: 12 months
• LED Lights: 12 months
• Motor: 12 months
• Display: 12 months
• Throttle: 12 months
• Electrical Wiring: 12 months
• Carbon Fiber Frame: 24 months

Exclusions from Warranty

• Accidental damage
• Items subject to reasonable wear and tear
• External bolts prone to daily wear and tear
• Consumables (e.g., fuses, brake pads, tires)
• Parts with physical damage or incomplete/broken cable connections
• Damage caused by accidents, improper use or storage, abnormal conditions, or exceeding weight limits
• Damage caused by improper assembly, maintenance, or unauthorized repairs
• Damage caused by incompatible parts or accessories
• Damage due to failure to maintain or service at appropriate intervals
• Modifications to the product
• Transfer of warranty to a new owner

Claiming Your Warranty

To claim warranty coverage, you must provide evidence of the defect, such as images or videos. Our technicians will validate the defect and, at our discretion, send a replacement component free of charge. If necessary, you may need to work with a local technician approved by TITAONE. Please consider these factors before making a purchase.

Important Warranty Note

Any modifications made to the product will void the warranty. Additionally, the warranty is non-transferable and only applicable to the original owner.
